夜饭是一款本地私人记录应用。原则很简单：你的记录只属于你，我们不收集、不上传，也看不到。

我们不收集任何数据

夜饭没有账号系统，没有自己的服务器，不包含任何统计、广告或追踪 SDK。
你写下的文字、添加的图片、导入的饭否备份，都只保存在你的设备上。

数据存放在哪里

本机：所有记录和图片保存在 iOS 为夜饭分配的私有存储空间中，卸载应用时一并删除。
iCloud（可选）：当你主动点按「备份全部到 iCloud」时，备份文件会写入你自己 iCloud 账户中属于夜饭的私有容器。该数据由 Apple 按照其隐私政策保管，开发者无法访问。
导出文件（可选）：当你主动导出备份或分享图片时，文件保存到你选择的位置。

位置

只有在你写记录时主动开启定位，夜饭才会获取一次当前位置，并通过 Apple 提供的系统服务转换为城市名，同时列出附近的地点供你选择。夜饭只保存城市名，以及你选中的地点名称（如果有），不保存经纬度。

相机与相册

只有在你主动拍照或选择图片时才会访问，所选图片会压缩后保存在本机的夜饭记录中。当你把分享图片存入相册时，夜饭只会添加这张图片，不会读取你的相册。

网络访问

夜饭仅在以下情况访问网络：

下载或显示导入的饭否历史记录中的图片时，从这些图片原本所在的服务器获取；
你点按「打开饭否备份工具」时，在浏览器中打开第三方网站；
打开足迹地图（夜饭 Plus）时，通过 Apple 地图服务加载地图，并把记录中的城市名转换为地图坐标。只发送城市名，坐标缓存在本机；
购买或恢复夜饭 Plus 时，由 App Store 处理付款和验证，开发者看不到你的付款信息。

这些请求不包含你在夜饭中写下的任何内容。

通知

如果你打开每晚提醒，提醒由系统在本机安排，不经过任何服务器。

儿童隐私

夜饭不会收集任何人的个人信息，包括 13 岁以下的儿童。

如本政策有更新，我们会在此页面公布并更新生效日期。

Privacy Policy (English)

Effective October 11, 2026.

NightSnack (夜饭) does not collect any data. It has no accounts, no servers of its own, and no analytics, advertising or tracking SDKs. Everything you write, the photos you add and the Fanfou archives you import stay on your device.

iCloud (optional): when you tap "Back up to iCloud", a backup file is written to the app's private container in your own iCloud account. The developer cannot access it.
Location (optional): only when you turn it on for a post, the app gets your location once and uses Apple's system services to turn it into a city name and a list of nearby places to choose from. Only the city name, and the place name if you pick one, is stored, on your device. Coordinates are not stored.
Camera and photos: accessed only when you take or pick a photo, or save a share image to your library.
Network: used only to download images from imported Fanfou posts from the servers where they are hosted; to open the third-party Fanfou backup tool in your browser when you tap it; and, when you open the Footprint Map (NightSnack Plus), to load Apple Maps and turn the city names in your entries into map coordinates. Only city names are sent, and the coordinates are cached on your device. No journal content is sent.
Purchases: buying or restoring NightSnack Plus is handled by the App Store. The developer never sees your payment details.
Notifications: the optional nightly reminder is scheduled on your device by iOS and does not go through any server.
